Community Health & Nutrition

The Foundation aims to strengthen the Primary Health Care system in Calatagan, Batangas. This includes programs that:

 

  1. Encourage the community members to develop a habit of taking personal responsibility for their health by having regular check-ups in the barangay center.

  2. Strengthen health education at the household level and bring programs of the MHO and DOH to the community.

  3. Serve as a gatekeeper to which a patient is directed towards higher health care, whether secondary or tertiary.
     

Breast Care Program: Patient Assistance for Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound

Through partnerships with medical institutions like St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center, the Foundation continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Complementary Nutrition Program (CNP) Culmination and Last Angel Gift Giving Project

The Complementary Nutrition Program benefited a total of 154 children, with 94 school children from Angelita Zobel Elementary School (AZES) and 60 school children from Balibago Elementary School (BES) receiving milk rations as part of their nutritional support.
