Breast Care Program: Patient Assistance for Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound
On January 31, 2025, the E.Zobel Foundation Inc. through its Breast Care Program successfully conducted a Patient Assistance initiative for Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound at St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center. This initiative aimed to provide essential diagnostic services to individuals in need, reinforcing the Foundation's commitment to promoting women's health and early detection of breast diseases. This was possible with valuable assistance of the Work Immersion students from ENZOTech under STEM and HUMMS Strand. A total six patients (6) benefited from this assistance; four (4) underwent breast ultrasound, while two received mammogram examinations. These procedures are crucial in the early detection and and diagnosis of breast conditions, enabling timely medical intervention when necessary. The selected beneficiaries were carefully identified based on their medical needs and financial constraints, ensuring that the support reached those who needed it most. The entire process was carrie out efficiently with the patients receiving proper guidance and care from the medical professionals at St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center. The medical staff ensured that each patient was well informed about the procedures and their significance in breast health management. The E. Zobel Foundation Inc. remains steadfast in its mission to support community health initiatives particularly in providing accessible healthcare services for breast cancer awareness and prevention. Through partnerships with medical institutions like St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center, the Foundation continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need.
On March 4, 2025, the E.Zobel Foundation Inc. successfully carried out a Patient Assistance Initiative for Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound at St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center, offering free diagnostic services to individuals who couldn't afford them. This initiative, part of the Foundation’s Breast Care Program, aimed to promote early detection of breast conditions.The program benefited six patients, with three receiving mammograms and three undergoing breast ultrasounds. Patients were selected based on their medical needs and financial situations. The medical team ensured that the procedures went smoothly, providing guidance and support throughout.The initiative was made possible through a collaboration with St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center, which offered its facilities and medical staff, as well as Work Immersion Students from Calatagan Senior High School and Enzotech, who assisted with coordination and patient care.
