E-ADVANCE
Advancing Education and Teaching Efficiency Through Automation
The educational system has always faced considerable challenges, particularly in dealing with administrative and assessment-related tasks. Teachers often spend an inordinate amount of time on these tasks, taking away from their primary responsibility - imparting knowledge to students. This realization brought forth the need for change, sparking the development of a suite of tools tailored to streamline these processes, thus giving birth to e-Master, and the utilization of Evalbee, SwiftGrade, and ClassPoint AI. The concept behind e-Master originated from the countless hours spent by teachers on paperwork, grade computations, and maintaining student profiles. It was clear that an automated solution could considerably reduce this workload and improve accuracy. As a result, e-Master was developed and designed as an Excel-based tool to simplify these tasks.
Similarly, Evalbee and SwiftGrade applications were utilized to address the challenges of classroom assessments. Traditionally, grading tasks have been a laborious and time-consuming process. These mobile and web-based applications were designed to automate this process, with SwiftGrade even being able to assess handwritten answers. Finally, ClassPoint AI was employed to foster a more engaging learning environment. Recognizing that student engagement was a key factor in improved learning outcomes. ClassPoint AI was designed to make classroom discussions more interactive and dynamic, harnessing AI's power. Now, the objective is to bring these innovations to the teachers in our community, helping them reap the benefits of these technological advancements in education.
The Program
Introduced and developed by a Teacher II from Calatagan Senior High School, Mr. Bryan Christoffer Saraza, this project entails a comprehensive introduction and implementation of four revolutionary educational technology tools, designed to fundamentally enhance the pedagogical landscape in our community. These tools include e-Master, an innovative solution for automating school administrative tasks; Evalbee, a mobile application purposed for digitizing classroom assessments; SwiftGrade, an advanced mobile and web-based application for grading tasks; and ClassPoint AI, an interactive tool aimed at making classroom discussions more dynamic and engaging.
The purpose of this project is to streamline time-consuming administrative processes, thereby freeing up educators to invest more time and energy into core teaching activities. By automating tasks like grade computations, student profiling, and classroom assessments, I aim to alleviate the burden of paperwork and data management, allowing teachers to focus on improving student learning outcomes.
This innovation, specifically the E-Master, has implemented and has been using in Calatagan Senior High School, and it has proven to improving the work efficiency and mental health of his fellow teachers.
Testimonials
"Mr. Saraza's E-Master made my tasks easier and more productive in such a way that it lessens the time I need to consume in computing the grades of my students, especially on the reports needed by various government offices. Before, I was spending almost one whole day to complete the reports I needed to submit, but when the E-Master came, I can do the report and submit them in minutes."
"The E-Master has helped us mentally and physically because I was able to complete the reports I need to submit on time. I also got more time with my family."
"Here in Calatagan, Senior High School, the reports can be easily submitted because of E-Master. By just one click, we can print the report."

The Work In Progress
Last March 2024, the E. Zobel Foundation, together with Mr. Saraza and Calatagan Senior High School Principal, inked the official partnership for the implementation of the project in Calatagan, Batangas.
In this partnership, both the Foundation and Mr. Saraza, will capacitate public elementary and high school teachers through training, orientation, briefing sessions, and supervision of the project.
This project is expected to kick-off by April 2024 and would entail the need to acquire at least 1 workable laptop that can be used as a common device for use in different public schools in the Municipality.
