Lakbay Bulilit: A Museo Enrique Zobel Educational Tour for Daycare Pupils
From March 10 to March 13, 2025, daycare pupils from various barangays in Calatagan, Batangas, along with their teachers and parents, embarked on an educational tour titled “Lakbay Bulilit” at the Museo Enrique Zobel, where they were warmly welcomed by the E. Zobel Foundation, Inc.
The tour aimed to introduce young learners to their hometown’s rich history and cultural heritage in an engaging and interactive way.
During the four-day tour, the pupils explored exhibits featuring historical artifacts, traditional clothing, and cultural displays that highlighted Calatagan’s heritage. Among the notable exhibits were old photographs of Enrique Zobel, offering a glimpse into his life, contributions, and legacy in the community.
Guided by their teachers and parents, the children observed the exhibits with curiosity and excitement, taking in the visuals and listening to the tour guides.
To capture the special moments, they took photos, allowing them to look back and remember the experience. Lakbay Bulilit provided a meaningful opportunity for the pupils to immerse themselves in their local history and culture, making their learning experience both fun and educational.
