EDVANCE: ADVANCING EDUCATION AND TEACHING EFFICIENCY THROUGH AUTOMATION

On June 22, 2023, the Foundation conducted an exploratory discussion with Mr. Bryan Cristofer M. Saraza, the ICT Coordinator at Calatagan Senior High School.

This discussion aims to further understand about the E-advance—an innovative initiative of Mr. Saraza that will lead to the streamline of time-consuming administrative processes, thereby freeing up educators to invest more time and energy into core teaching activities.

This project entails a comprehensive introduction and implementation of four revolutionary educational technology tools, designed to fundamentally enhance the pedagogical landscape in our community. These tools include e-Master, an innovative solution for automating school administrative tasks; Evalbee, a mobile application purposed for digitizing classroom assessments; SwiftGrade, an advanced mobile and web-based application for grading tasks; and ClassPoint AI, an interactive tool aimed at making classroom discussions more dynamic and engaging. The purpose of this project is to streamline time-consuming administrative processes, thereby freeing up educators to invest more time and energy into core teaching activities. By automating tasks like grade computations, student profiling, and classroom assessments, ClassPoint AI aims to alleviate the burden of paperwork and data management, allowing teachers to focus on improving student learning outcomes.

Furthermore, with ClassPoint AI, aims to modernize the traditional classroom environment, promoting interactive learning that can help students to better retain knowledge. The project's end goal is a more efficient, effective, and modern educational system that employs the latest technological innovations. Over the course of several months, Mr. Saraza will develop, introduce, and provide extensive training on these tools, alongside conducting regular evaluations to ensure they meet the needs of the teachers and continuously improve based on feedback and real-world application.
