EDVANCE: ADVANCING EDUCATION AND TEACHING EFFICIENCY THROUGH AUTOMATION

The educational system has always faced considerable challenges, particularly in dealing with administrative and assessment-related tasks. Teachers often spend an inordinate amount of time on these tasks, taking away from their primary responsibility - imparting knowledge to students.

This realization led the E. Zobel Foundation to develop a set of tools tailored to streamline the administrative processes in partnership with one of the public school teachers in the Municipality. Dubbed as EDVANCE, the course is composed of various training on how to efficiently conduct the administrative work without sacrificing the quality of output. The four training included under this course are:

Module 1: E-Master - an innovative solution for automating school administrative tasks

Module 2: Evalbee - a mobile application purposed for digitizing classroom assessments

Module 3: SwiftGrade - an advanced mobile and web-based application for grading tasks

Module 4: ClassPoint AI - an interactive tool aimed at making classroom discussions more dynamic and engaging tasks

This project aims to provide tools to teachers that will assist them in efficiently handling their administrative tasks in order for them to concentrate on teaching. A year after the project period, we expect a drop in time spent working on administrative tasks by 80%.
