Empowering Community Health: EZF Facilitates Vital Breast Screening Services for Calatagan Beneficiaries

At the E. Zobel Foundation, Inc. (EZF), we believe that a healthy community is a thriving community. True to our mission of unleashing individual potential and helping local communities flourish, our Bayanihan for Wellness thrust continuously seeks to eliminate the structural barriers that keep marginalized families from accessing quality healthcare.

On June 8, 2026, through our specialized Breast Care Program, EZF successfully facilitated critical breast screening services for selected beneficiaries from Calatagan, Batangas. The targeted diagnostic activities were conducted at the state-of-the-art St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center, providing life-saving medical access to individuals who require proactive diagnostic procedures but face severe financial constraints.

Bridging the Financial Gap in Preventive Healthcare
A total of five (5) local beneficiaries were carefully profiled and assisted during the diagnostic drive:

- Three (3) beneficiaries successfully underwent comprehensive breast ultrasound examinations.
- Two (2) beneficiaries received vital mammography procedures.

In the fight against breast-related conditions, early detection remains the single most effective tool. By facilitating these screenings, EZF enables patients to take proactive control of their well-being, paving the way for timely medical interventions and long-term peace of mind.
